Renovation of a four-bedroom apartment on the Upper West Side. The existing apartment is a combination of four units in a Landmarked building that was built as a hotel in the 1920s. The renovation reconfigures the apartment in a more gracious manner, with new finish materials throughout, as well as new low-E and sound reducing insulated glass windows. The extensive use of prismatic glass brings natural light to secondary spaces distant from the exterior walls.
